Front Desk Receptionist
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as our first point of contact for outside visitors and incoming callers. This position is also administrative assistant to the Leadership team, Business Office, and Human Resources. Must act and dress professionally treating visitors and callers with respect and hospitality.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and directing them to the appropriate internal party.
- Assisting caller with information as necessary.
- Greeting and assisting visitors and walk-in applicants with professionalism and hospitality.
- Assist Business Office and Human Resources department with data entry.
- Scan documents and attach in Accounting/HR software for Business Office and Human Resource departments.
- Coordinate Leadership calendars using Outlook.
- Ordering lunches and coordinate delivery for meetings.
- Distributes all incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Bilingual preferred
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three or more years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
