JOB SUMMARY:

The Construction team is looking for experienced heavy equipment operators for current and upcoming project needs across San Antonio who will support the team with operating equipment such as: Backhoes, loaders, skid steers, and excavators across multiple construction sites and assisting with other duties as needed at the main office's supply and material yard.

SIGN-ON BONUS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate various types of heavy equipment such as: Backhoes, loaders, skid steers, and excavators across construction sites
• Dig pits, trenches, holes to prepare sites for construction
• Operate equipment to move and carry materials and supplies and clear work site
• Perform daily inspections on equipment for issues, complete inspection paperwork, and notify leads on any issues
• Assist ground and field crew as needed with material and supply movement
• Assist supply and material yard at the main office with operating duties, landscaping, as needed, when not operating equipment on construction site

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience operating loaders, backhoes, skid steers, and excavators
• Experience working on commercial construction sites demonstrating safety awareness and knowledge of required PPD
• Ability to maneuver equipment throughout job sites, experience working in the elements, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
